Pasar Malam ( Night Market) at Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia

                                                 

“Pasar Malam” at Kuala Terengganu which is called” Night Market” was a subsential area as well as Night Market at our house Had Yai, Phattani and Yala provinces. It founded as an attentive for small-time of traders to sell their good in the evening. Night Market is basically street which are converted for only one day in a week. It opened from 6:00 till 10:00-10:30 P.M. Visiting the Pasar Malam is indeed a popular past time for shopping after dinner or after working. The Pasar Malam is not finding only at Kuala Terengganu, it’s also finding all over the country such as Kuala Lumpur, Cheras-Leisur Mall and etc.

 At Pasar Malam, you can get anything such as groceries, clothing, hot snacks, good local food, bags, fresh reduces, videos, accessories, and etc. There were a lot of people of all ages; races came to the night market to buy something to take home. Usually, my friends and I took out the money; one person held it as the banker for buying some food and shared three of us.

My hunting began with the first stall is “fried chicken”. There was many people were waiting for in and through it would be nice. It sure does look like normal fried chicken and the taste is normal too. The reason my friends and I being so long queuing is we need to buy 3 pieces of it. Among so many food stall that come across; this stall was busiest among with three young ladies was busy frying mini prawn crackers. When we walked through “Nasik Lemak” the amount of ingredient that left there was still a lot and we went back in 20 minutes. Then I decided to try a pack. The rice was fragrant with coconut milk and the best part is adding the extra sambal udang, it was very interesting.

Beside the food, there were stalls selling clothing, bags some basic utilities. When my friends and I saw the copy brand name bag stall, we hurried to go there. I nearly vomit blood with the price because it was too cheap. The copy brand name that I bought at my house for 250-350 bath but here only RM 15 or 150 bath, it makes me wonder.

I fell that this Night Market is a big area but not many food stalls available if we compared with the others. Although isn’t has many food but I really like to shopping and buying the interesting clothing, bags and watch.

Traveling at Taman Tamadun Islam, Terengganu Malaysia

                                       

Last October, I spent a few days in Terengganu, Malaysia with my roommate. It was a great privilege a happy time about my last trip. The place that I really like at kuala Terengganu is Taman Tamaddun Islam (TTI) or Islamic Heritage Park. TTI is an interactive journey of Islamic monuments of the world because creating the Islamic park is for studying and entertainment destination. It was a park that features 21 great Islamic Monument (or replicas of mosques) from all over the world such as National Mosque (Malaysia), Kudus Minar, central Java (Indonesia), Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin (Brunei Darussalam) and etc. The entrance fee is RM 20 but Malaysian citizen need only to show their My kad to get 50% discount.

Dark clouds were looming up above the sky and the wind was blowing quite strongly but I really like to go there. We arrived at 09:00 A.M   with a hundred of water is falling down on my head. Some of My close friends weren’t interested in going to see the fantastic replicas mosques, as it was due to rain soon but, Nafisanh and Pattama decided to come with me. Then, we regarded the resting place suddenly we inhask to keep away from the rain. Apparently, the rain has scared them off! My friends stood huddle under the tiny umbrella on the side walk and trying to hail a random one as it walked by and finally succeed.

Before entered to see the replicas mosque, we had to check the mini passport first. There is also had a buggy ride too. When we wanted to move to another mosque, we got on the buggy ride until the end of visiting the mosques. Actually, I only visited only 5 replicas mosques and I’ll explain to you one by one.

First mosque that I visited is Mohammad Ali Mosque of Egypt. Designed by a Greek architect and was named after the king of Egypt for 45 years, known as Dom of the Rock. It was an old and strong building which was very interesting mosque.

The next mosque that I visited is Taj mahal. If you do not wish to go to India for the magnificent Taj mahal, you can see the smaller version at TTI. Taj mahal was built in 1631 by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. It was a clean white marble inlaid with semiprecious stones in building. I was very interested in and hurried to take a photo with my friends and my tour guide.

There was a small lake in the middle of the park, it was a pity. We didn’t have more time to enjoy the scenery. I only took a photo and moving to the other mosque.

Then, the Kubban Assakhrah, Baitul Muqqaddis was built in 602 A.D. inpalestine/ It enshrines the Scared Rock and Commemoquse the prophet Muhammad (pbuh)

Next is the Nabawi Mosque, Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Madinah in full is Madinat Rasul Allah which means “ City of Prophet Muhammad” and is the second holiest site in Islam. I was really like to take a photo with this mosque, because there was very beautiful and great building especially “The Crystal Mosque”

The highlight of this trip at TTI is a Crystal Mosque. After seeing all these scaled down version of mosque from around the world. We rushed off to see a real mosque, one that is made from crystals the entire mosque called “Crystal Mosque” it’s located just a short ride away from the monument. There was a large masjid with the golden bright from the sun to strike my eyes. There was a fantastic and most beautiful mosque that I never see before. This is the first time for me to see what the fantastic like a monument park at TTI. For this mosque, I did not to go inside but just took a photo around the mosque. The view around it was better than the others, I really like it.

Unfortunately, it was the time for us to go. We had to catch back to the hotel to take a rest. Inshaallah, I’ll be back to visit the entire mosque if I cone to Kuala Terengganu again.

Traveling at Railay Beach

                                       

Last rainy season, my friends and I spent a week for our trip in Southeast Asia, Thailand. There are a lot of a beautiful Andaman coast such as Aou Nang, Pra Nang beach (princes cave beach), Koh phi phi and Phuket but we decided two days to journey at Krabi.

Krabi province lies in Southern Thailand and is one of the most beautiful regions of Thailand. It’s a large number of islands, which white sandy beaches, clear turquoise water and its famous limestone karsts which jut out of the sea. Krabi has its own airport with daily flight and from Bangkok. It was very comfortable for those who want to fly and spent a few time to there. Krabi can be reaches by car and also has a bus which goes straight to Krabi from Bangkok’s Southern Bus Terminal.

The most interesting beach for my journey in Krabi is Railay Beach. Railay Beach is one of the famous beaches in Krabi that my friends and I spent a few days but I really not forget there. There was very beautiful beach which has many excursion and activities are plentiful such as climbing up the hug peaks, piloted long tail boats, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks, windsurfing and parasailing. There also has spas and Thai massage is available in most location on the beaches.

For the first day that we arrived here, my friends and I spent a long time to look around the beach. We walked at the shore of beach with free feet. We douse our feet in the cool, fresh with blue water and clean white sand under the shinning sun. That day the sky is bright, the clear and blue sky makes me hurt my eyes. There is no problem then e walked waked and walked following the end of beach suddenly we saw the sun worshipper who came to sunbath and relax on the beach. We were laugh among us and then we took a photo with them because they were very beautiful with the bikini. On the beach there is also had the seller sold many thing such as clothing, slipper, souvenir, BBQ, Som Tom and etc. I bought everything in front of my eyes because I really hungry.After we notice around and full eating, we went to take a rest at the cheaper hotel for journey tomorrow. Our hotel was the right at the shore. The hotel was pretty fancy with a pool directly next to the beach. So, I had to make the tough decision to swim in the ocean or to the pool but I think in the pool wasn’t suitable for me and my friends.

The next day, we went to see the person who climbing up, some of the best diving site of the world and the last on sailing. These activities were very interesting and challenging that I really like to see and I think I want to show once time. This was the last day for us at Railay Beach. I don’t want to go anywhere but I might go to the other place. The day end with a cold drink, the seltting sun over the Andaman sea, darkening cliffs and still-warm sand that comes up to my toes. For those who want a stunning sunrise and breakfast on the beach, or started of the evening for those who will awake in bright sunlight. Unfortunately, this is the time for us to go, all in all our day in Railay Beach were nice and soon is the time to go to our next island destination, Koh Pha Ngan.

When cloudy was the sky and it turns to the dark color, the stream pour off the heaven water to the paddy field, canal and road area. The raindrop falling down on me as fell the pour fresh, nice and cold water more than the ice. When the splinkling rain, the little princes are producing sweet-sounding melodies of croak. Suddenly, the thunder and lightning sound coming when the heavy rain. I myself fell the echo into my breath and graspping with hand.

The sky

                                      

The cloud is floating by and the sky is clear and blue.It contained rgw sun at the day and you could even see the moon and the star at night. The sky is bright and peaceful, the clear and bkue sky makes me hurt my eyes.A bird is fluttering and flying away as quickly as a plane by making them to be happy. The beautiful cerulean of the sky today is as the beginning  of a new day.

          ท่านพ่อแม่พี่น้องที่เคารพรักทั้งหลาย  ก่อนอื่นข้าพเจ้าขอใคร่ตักเตือนตัวของข้าพเจ้าเองและท่านทั้งหลาย จงมีการตักวายำเกรงต่ออัลเลาะห์ ให้มาก โดยพยายามประพฤติปฏิบัติในสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงใช้ และออกห่างจากสิ่งที่พระองค์ทรงห้าม

          ท่านพ่อแม่พี่น้องผู้ที่มีความยำเกรงต่ออัลเลาะห์  ที่รักทั้งหลาย ในวันศุกร์นี้ ถ้าเรานึกไปถึงพี่น้องของเราที่เดินทางไปทำฮัจย์ บัดนี้เขาได้ทำฮัจย์เกือบจะเรียบร้อยสมบูรณ์ ขอเรามาช่วยกันดุอาอ์วิงวอนขอให้ฮัจย์ของเขาเหล่านั้นได้เป็นฮัจย์ที่อัลเลาะห์ ทรงรับรอง ขอให้เป็นฮัจย์มับรูร์โดยทั่วหน้ากัน สำหรับพวกเราที่ไม่ได้เดินทางไปในปีนี้ ปีหน้าเราก็ยังมีความหวัง เพราะองค์อัลเลาะห์  ทรงตรัสแก่พวกเราว่า

    لَا تَقْنَطُوْا مِنْ رَّحْمَةِ اللهِ              

“พวกเจ้าจงอย่าได้ท้อใจหมดหวังในพระเมตตาจากอัลเลาะห์” ( อัซซุมัร : 53 ) 

          เมื่อปีนี้เรายังไม่มีความสามารถ ขาดทุนทรัพย์บ้าง สุขภาพกำลังวังชาไม่อำนวยบ้าง เราก็หวังว่าปีหน้า องค์พระผู้อภิบาลอาจจะทรงเมตตา แต่ถ้าฐานะของเรายังยากจน ครอบครัวของเรายังขาดเรื่องจำเป็นอีกมากมาย กุศลผลบุญที่ไม่น้อยไปกว่าคนที่เขาไปทำฮัจย์เราก็ยังมีหวังได้ แถมเรายังมีหวังได้กุศลเทียบเท่านักรบในหนทางศาสนาเพิ่มทวี บวกเข้ามาอีก

เพราะมีรายงานจากท่านอะบีฮุรอยเราะห์ว่า ท่านนบี ได้กล่าวซึ่งมีใจความว่า

طُوْبَى لِمَنْ بَاتَ حَاجًّا وَأَصْبَحَ غَازِيًا,رَجُلٌ مَسْتُوْرٌ ذُوْعِيَالٍ مُتَعَفِّفٌ قَانِعٌ بِالْيَسِيْرِ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا        

“โชควาสนาดีจะเป็นของบุคคลที่เขานอนกลางคืนก็ได้กุศลเทียบเท่าผู้ไปทำฮัจย์ และถึงตอนเช้าก็ได้กุศลเทียบเท่านักรบในหนทางของศาสนา

เขาคือชายคนหนึ่งที่ต่ำต้อยไม่มีใครรู้จัก เขามีคน ในครอบครัวอยู่ในความรับผิดชอบหลายคนที่จะต้องดูแลเลี้ยงดูอุปการะ

แต่เขารักษาเกียรติ   ไม่ยอมไปอ้อนวอนขอใครกิน เขาพอใจในทรัพย์สินเท่าที่เขามีอยู่

يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهِمْ ضَاحِكًا وَيَخْرُجُ عَنْهُمْ ضَاحِكًا فَوَالَّذِيْ نَفْسِيْ بِيَدِهِ إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْحَاجُّوْنَ الْغَازُوْنَ فِىْ سَبِيْلِ اللهِ .    رَوَاهُ الدَّيْلَمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيْ هُرَيْرَةَ

เมื่อเขากลับเข้ามาหาครอบครัวของเขา เขาก็มาหาอย่างยิ้มแย้ม และเมื่อเขาจะออกไปจากครอบครัว เขาก็ไปอย่างแจ่มใส

ท่านนบีกล่าวว่า ฉันขอสาบานต่ออัลเลาะห์ ซึ่งตัวฉันอยู่ในพระอำนาจของพระองค์ แท้จริง พวกเขา เป็นผู้ที่ทำฮัจย์ และเป็นนักรบในหนทางของอัลเลาะห์อย่างแน่นอน”
